Panko Crusted New York Strip and parmesean potato wedges?

Yuh tink ah joke? Watch mi!

Meat:
1lb New York Strip
2 small cloves garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 Teaspoon fresh crushed black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1 Teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
1/2 Teaspoon minced Habanero pepper
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup flour

Crust
1 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
cayenne pepper
salt
white pepper


Spicy Parmesan Potato wedges!!!!

5 Smedium yes i said smedium baking potatoes
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Olive oil to coat
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese



Marinade:
Combine all ingredients except the beef and bread crumb in a large bowl. Set aside.

The Meat!!!
Steak:
Preheat deep fryer to 375 degrees.
Cut new york strip in half width wise. Then place beef in between two long pieces of plastic wrap. Flatten the beef with the flat side of a mallet of a cast iron skillet 1/4 inch thick . Add steak pieces to marinade and let stand for no less than one hour. You can let it marinate for up to 24 hours depending on how spicy you want it to be. Remove steak from marinade and coat with flour then egg then panko mixture. (you can press the panko into both sides of you meat to make sure it sticks.) Let these bad boi's deep fry for about 15 minuets.

The potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees!
Scrub the potatoes under running water until clean. Dry your potatoes of and half them down the middle. Then cut into 1/4 inch wedges. Put the potatoes in a blow and drizzle with enough olive oil to coat them fully but lightly. Lay the wedged potatoes on a nonstick cookie sheet. Make sure they lay flat , they'll stick together and wont cook all the way through if yo pile them on top of each other. Sprinkle them with spice mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minuets. Remove the potatoes from oven and flip them. Put the potatoes back in the oven for 10 more minuets. Then remove from oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the wedges and bake for 5 to 7 more minuets or until golden brown.
