Beautiful skin inside out.
This is the reason for my new diet. I cut the soda out completely, i'm done with the fried foods and candy { My precious candy!} Yes I am heart broken about this whole decision but I do know that three months down the line when I start to see results I'll be happier than any chicken wing or grape soda could ever make me! {or oreo ice cream sandwich or KFC or chili cheese fries or cheese pizza or fried catfish hot cheetoes or a ice cold .50 soda on a hot summer day or two corn dogs from hot dog on a stick or a deep fried hotlink with BBQ sauce of nachos with the works or el pollo loco taquetos of Campose cheese enchaladas with extra cheese on top or a king size snickers ice cream bar ETC}
So this is my goodbye to all the amazingly delicious artery clogging, pore clogging , acne enabling foods. We've had some great times together. So don't feel bad when we see each other in the snack isle and I don't speak. This is whats best for us.

SPF 85
What the hell? A sun tan? Well what the hell was the SPF 15 for? doesn't the SPF prevent my skin from getting darker? The answer is.......HELLNAW!
That little punk ass SPF 15 is not going to fully protect your skin. Everyone should use an SPF of 50 or higher. I would recommend Neutrogena Ultrasheer dry touch sunblock under your foundation.

Remember to always wear sun block or sun screen. Reapply sun screen or sun block every couple of hours just to be sure. We all need to come to gripps with the fact that we all might just have to go out and buy a darker foundation for the summer. this some ole bullshit.

Crabcare egg scrambler (O.G Recipe)
ONE EARLY MORENING A CRABCAKE COMMITED SUICIDE BY JUMPING INTO A HOT SKELLET FULL OF SCRAMBLED EGGS. CORNEY
Crabcake Egg Scrambler
1 7oz can of real crab meat
3 large eggs
1/8 cup onion diced
1/8 cup of cilantro chopped
1 teaspoon jalapeno pepper minced
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon sambal chili sauce
3/4 tablespoon real mayo
3/4 teaspoon jalapeno mustard
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon mild chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 spicy chicken sausage diced
1 well seasoned cast iron skillet
In one bowl mix all ingredients except the eggs. In a separate bowl beat eggs. Heat skillet "med heat". Note: If your skillet is well seasoned you wont need any butter or cooking oil. You can spray you pan with pam or grease it with butter or a small amount of cooking oil if needed. When your skillet is hot throw your crab meat mixture in and spread it out over the bottom of the pan. Let it sizzle for a few seconds then throw in your eggs and stir until well scrambled. serve along side a chilled Rainbow Fruit Salad .
WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???:

Why do I do this too my hair and body? When I eat right my skin and hair are poppin! I need to drop the french fries and cheeze sticks and pick up some damn fruit! So heres the dealioooooooooooo.... WFT??? Starting really damn soon... I'm going to start treating my beautiful body like the sacred temple that it is. That means no soda and down with the fried food. My face is greasy enough to deep fry a damn turkey !

Sometimes I feel lost
Did I mention?
I AM IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM DISCOURAGING THE USE OF PROACTIVE SOLUTION OR SKINTIGHT. I AM SIMPLY SHARING MY INVALID OPINION WITH WHOMEVER IS BORED ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY READ THIS.
Left some stuff out!
Untrue blogger!

Of course I fired Proactive as my skincare protector and promised myself that I would continue to drink plenty of water and take my vitamins. I kept that promise until I stumbled upon my friendly neighborhood Sephora and found a product called Murad for only $35.00. I figured that if it didn't work it wouldn't be that big of a loss at $35.00 "And yes this is coming from the unemployed one."

To make this already long story short I got the skincare booty home and tried it out. Within 3 days the Murad had began to reverse the damage done by the Proactive. "I was in love!" but I didn't wanna fall too fast so I gave it another week and a half before I officially made it my new skincare protector!
DISCLAIMER!
I am in no way discouraging the use of Proactive Solution. I am simply documenting my experience with said product.
